We believe that this activity is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for individuals with additional needs. However, we would recommend contacting the provider before attending, just to confirm they can accommodate your specific requirements.
We are a small community group, representing the Grovesnor Estate. we put on trips and organise events for all members of our community.
We have a community centre, where we run computer classes, armchair exercises, a luncheonclub, & tea and toast for the elderly.

Red Tiger Karate Club provides quality instruction to children from 4 years old all the way to late adulthood.
Our classes are based in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire and we cater for people of all abilities.
