A well-established and friendly group, run by an experienced tutor. This is a chair-based activity class, chairs and mats are provided and no previous experience is required.

Free over 50's men only non-contact boxing sessions in assossiation with Manbassadors and Bolton CVS. These sessions are aimed at keeping over 50's active and healthy. Each participant is encouraged to push themselves but these classes are for all levels of fitness so there is always an option of easier or more difficult exercises available depending on the persons confidence/fitness levels.
These sessions take place on a Tuesday between 2-3pm.

Ricky's Club is a mens mental health and social group. The sessions are available to anyone who feels they need someone to talk to or if you don't feel up to talking yet you can just come down to sit in and listen. It takes place at Elite Boxing Community Hub every 2 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9pm. Sessions coming up 10th May, 24th May and 7th June. It will then take place each 2 weeks after that. They are free to attend, non judgemental, with no pressure and no surprises! Just a group of guys with one mission - to try and help each other live a happier life.

Now happening every week, our walking group sets off from the St Paul's Community centre for a gentle walk in the local area. Normally the walk lasts 90-120mins, and is led by an experienced guide. The group is friendly and growing, you're welcome to join. They have also been on a few trips out to walk in other places together too.
