ABL Health are here to deliver a FREE weight management service right here in Bolton! The team offer nutritional and activity support and advice, and consider other behavioural and psychological aspects, and life circumstances linked to weight gain.
All programmes share a flexible approach to weight loss, offering group support, online sessions, online and phone appointments and digital support.
You won't find any strict diets or rigid routines here. We focus on sustainable changes that work well with your daily life, ensuring you maintain good health and energy.
Eligibility
Local Residents aged 18 and over. Those with a BMI over 25 up to a maximum of 34.5 (or a BMI of above 23 – 34.5 for members of ethnic minority communities).
