It works for everyone

WorkWell Bolton supports Bolton residents who are both in work and struggling with a health condition or recently out of work and need some health, skills or employment support to get back on track. The service aims to help people manage their conditions and identify workplace adjustments that could enable them to stay in work or return sooner.

Personalised support from a Work and Health Coach to help you overcome health and social barriers to employment
A voluntary service with access to MSK (Musculoskeletal) mental health and employment advice and other services to help remove any barriers to employment

Eligibility

Individuals who are employed or self-employed but at risk of unemployment due to a mental health need and/or musculoskeletal (MSK) condition.
Individuals employed or self-employed at risk of unemployment due to poor health and on a community health or waiting for an NHS operation or procedure.
Recently unemployed individuals (within 8 weeks prior to referral), where poor health significantly contributed to their unemployment.
Individuals with neurodiversity-related issues, who are unemployed or are employed or self-employed but at risk of unemployment.
