******COUCH 25K BEGINS THIS MONDAY***** This Monday, 15th April 2024. I will be starting another COUCH 2 5K Course, for 6 consecutive weeks. We will be meeting Cutacre Car Park, 6.30pm on Mondays. If you would like to join up for this, please drop a comment below so we have an idea of numbers. Please try and make all 6 sessions to get the most out of this course. The photos below were from the C25K I ran last September. Many of these runners have gone on to be regulars at Parkrun, and have entered 5 and 10k events (I couldn’t be prouder ). The session are £2 each, or £10 up front for the whole course of 6.
