We believe that this activity is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for individuals with additional needs. However, we would recommend contacting the provider before attending, just to confirm they can accommodate your specific requirements.

We are a social club for older people in the area, we have a variety of activities going on including arts and crafts, games, quizzes, weekly prize draw and also have speakers in on a range of subjects. There's always cake and drinks and during the winter months free soup and roll too. It's a great way to get out of the house, enjoy some company and make friends. Free to attend during winter, £1.50 per session at other times includes refreshments and prize draw entry.

Breightmet Butterflies is a women's group based at the Elderdale Community Centre on Friday mornings, 10-12.

Reflections Counselling Service is a registered charity and offers free, one to one counselling sessions to people living in Bolton who are 18 years and over.

We help you explore ways to improve your mental health and well-being so you can enjoy a better quality of life.   We can help with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self esteem, relationships breakdown, drug and alcohol use.

Appointments for counselling are available Wednesday and Thursdays between 9am - 5pm.  No referral necessary, you can contact us yourself directly if you would like to receive counselling. There is a waiting list for appointments - we will take your details and contact you when an appointment becomes available.

Mini Giants is our Parent and Baby/Toddler group at Kings Church. We provide a safe environment with toys, activities, story time, music and snack.
