We understand that starting something new may be a big challenge but don't worry, we are friendly and we can meet you before the session begins. Its all about making you feel comfortable and enjoy what we're about.

Buddying Service

Someone can be available to offer you more support during an actual session (enquire with the provider to see what's available).

We believe that this activity is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for individuals with additional needs. However, we would recommend contacting the provider before attending, just to confirm they can accommodate your specific requirements.

We are a small community group, representing the Grovesnor Estate. we put on trips and organise events for all members of our community.

We have a community centre, where we run computer classes, armchair exercises, a luncheonclub, & tea and toast for the elderly.

Every Tuesday evening from 6.30-7.30pm and Saturdays 10.30am-11.30am

 

Prices: £6.50 for 1 person, £5.50 each for 2 in the same household and £5.00 each for 3 or more in the same household

Red Tiger Karate Club provides quality instruction to children from 4 years old all the way to late adulthood.

Our classes are based in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire and we cater for people of all abilities.

We pride ourselves on having a great team of instructors. First and foremost, we are all warm and friendly people. We are Instructor qualified; DBS checked and first aid trained.
