0-19 years Services in Bolton includes: health visiting, school nursing, emotional health and wellbeing services for 2-11 year olds and 'Parallel' a young peoples sexual health and substance misuse service.
You may have participated through Bolton Together in their consultation of 0-19 years services. This survey is aimed at: understanding what has been most helpful, what you would you like to see more of and what is going to help you in the future.
