Healthy Start is a great scheme to help give children a healthy and nutritious start to life.

What is Healthy Start? If you’re more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4 and you are in receipt of certain benefits, you may be entitled to get help to buy healthy food and milk. The benefit also allows you free access to vitamins to support pregnancy and vitamin drops for babies and young children. Whilst families are struggling with the rising cost of living this benefit can help alleviate some of the pressures they are experiencing.
