Ultimately, I'm driven by the desire to make a difference. Whether through education, raising awareness, or providing direct support, I aim to facilitate individual or group support through walk-and-talk sessions, community art, and recycling projects. I have created Facebook and Instagram pages called Bolton Wellbeing, where you can find information on wellbeing, education, jobs, and volunteering opportunities. Please feel free to contact me through the Community Champions board or the Bolton Wellbeing pages.
