I am passionate about mental health, addiction, physical health, and aging well. I believe that improving mental and physical wellbeing plays a vital role in helping people live happier, healthier lives. I am particularly interested in research work and enjoy meeting people to better understand their experiences and needs within the community. My goal is to help bridge health inequalities in Bolton by promoting awareness, encouraging healthy habits, and supporting initiatives that make wellbeing accessible to everyone.
