Hi, I'm Craig Henderson owner of Craig's Barber Shop in Tonge Moor, my salon is gender-neutral and neuro-diverse, which means everyone in the community is welcome to a hair service without any judgment, segregation, or discrimination.

The reason I am a community champion is that the power the hair chair holds is very unique in that the conversations had in the chair go from their daily struggles, happy moments, and everything in between so I run my shop by all appointments that time, you the client visits my shop, that your time, I just listen to you, ask you few questions and signpost you to many amazing resources in the community are available, as well looking after my client's mental wellbeing I do a lot of work with adults and children who have additional needs, I give them a place to come get a haircut without any judgment and work with them not against them in any way, if you want more information on this, please give me a ring or email me.

I enjoy going for a run 2 to 3 times a week at 5 am (some people think I'm mad, but its the best time, no traffic, and the air is crisp, it's just incredible) and I'm building up to doing a marathon one day! I also enjoy listening to music and being creative be that upcycling old furniture or customizing my clipper housings.
