Hi there,

I'm a Bolton Community Champion living in the Great Lever area of Bolton and whilst not working full time any longer, these days, feel as though I am giving something back to my community, by helping others providing local support and advice to people in need.

For the elderly in particular; who may feel isolated, I do organise and host social events, that includes health walks, for people who may want to get fitter and / or other socials too, that people can come along too, meeting new people and making new friends, along the way also.

Whilst I'm qualified in aromatherapy and interested in healthy diet & lifestyle, I may be able to offer advice to people within the community, to help aid different ailments too.

I'd like to help people who may be trying to come off certain addictions, in order to live a healthier lifestyle ahead, as well.
