Chair-based exercise class for people with Parkinson's and their carers, comprising mini-circuits, seated exercises to music and seated hockey.
The participant can choose to perform the activities either seated or standing and at an intensity (high, medium or low) that they are comfortable with.
Suitable for all abilities. Especially those with limited mobility and wheelchair users.
Intensity of exercises is low but
These activities help to improve balance and strength.
The cost is a £3 donation to Branch funds per session.
